To give your certificate a professional look, print on specialty paper, available at most office supply stores.
You may use a word processing program and a printer to print the information on the certificate.
- Measure the lines on the certificate from the top and the side to determine where to place the information. (For example, on the attendance award, the first line is 3 3/8 inches from the top, and the name can be centered on the line.)
- In a word processing program, format the text (student name, school name, and date) according to these measurements.
- After formatting the text, print a sample on a blank piece of paper to check the formatting against the certificate. This can be done by holding up the sample behind the certificate.
- Once the formatting is correct, print the information on the actual certificate.
