There was a time in this country when townspeople would gather around a cracker barrel to discuss their concerns. Problems were solved by "borrowing brains." Dr. Sid Cates hosts informative sessions called Cracker Barrels. Each Cracker Barrel deals with a topic pertinent to the educator and parent and includes a question-and-answer time.
